Dental implantation is such a dental surgical method of operation (stage of tooth restoration) to implant an artificial tooth root (implant in the form of a pin) into the jawbone, made mainly of a titanium alloy, on which an appropriate orthopedic structure is later installed: crown, bridge or prosthesis.
