Insurance
Medical insurance is insurance that makes it possible to receive medical services in the event of an insured event. You have the right to go to an accredited medical institution and receive the necessary dental care, and in the future, fully reimburse the costs of treatment and drugs.
The purpose of the medical policy is to provide full or partial compensation for the costs associated with treatment in a medical institution under the selected voluntary health insurance (VHI) program, using the tools and technologies of the insurance company.

Why is health insurance convenient?
If you are considering getting health insurance or are just thinking about purchasing this service, here are some advantages:
Medical insurance is insurance that allows you to receive medical services in the event of an insured event. You have the right to apply to an accredited medical institution and receive the necessary dental care, and in the future – to fully reimburse the costs of treatment and drugs.
The purpose of the medical policy is to provide full or partial compensation for the costs associated with treatment in a medical institution under the selected voluntary health insurance (VHI) program, using the tools and technologies of the insurance company.
Health insurance can be collective or personal (personal). The first option is offered to their subordinates of the company. The essence of this insurance lies in the fact that the insurance premiums are paid by the company out of its profits. This insurance policy is usually added to the social package.
Personal health insurance allows the client to protect themselves and their loved ones from unforeseen medical expenses. The advantage of this option is an individual approach. Each client himself chooses the services that the insurance will cover. There are a number of cases that are not covered by the insurance. These points should be discussed with your insurance company representative.
How it works?
The patient needs to contact his insurance company to agree on the nature of the treatment and the cost. It is also necessary to notify that after the treatment, the client will provide the insurance company with all the necessary documents.
Based on the results of the performed and paid treatment at the Lipinsky Dental Center, the patient will receive the following documents:
- A copy of the license and certificate of state registration of the dental clinic.
- Extract from the patient’s outpatient record.
- Certificate of completion.
- A copy of the price list for services.
- Receipt of payment for the invoice.
These documents are more than enough to confirm the insured event. We draw your attention to the fact that in each insurance company the list of required documents may differ. Reimbursement of treatment costs from the insurance company usually goes to the patient’s bank card. The refund period is usually 7 to 40 days.
To make an appointment with our dental clinic, call us. It is necessary to state the date and time of the intended appointment, as well as the name of the insurance company. You may need an insurance policy and an insurance contract.
It is important to know that the insurance policy does not cover all medical cases and has some limitations. For example, an insurance policy does not entitle you to unlimited visits to narrow-profile doctors. Also, the patient can only visit the specialist to whom the leading physician refers. To avoid misunderstandings, the VHI agreement specifies the level of medical institutions to which the client can apply. All these questions will be explained to you by your insurance agent before signing the agreement.
