Anesthesia for adults
Anesthesia for adults is a preparatory procedure in dentistry, during which, before the main treatment, the dentist performs actions aimed at turning off pain in the patient. Depending on the amount of work, such anesthesia can be local, when the patient does not feel pain, remaining conscious, and general, when absolutely all sensations, including consciousness, are suppressed with the help of anesthesia.
This procedure is used only after an allergy test in order to select the correct composition of the anesthetic, which excludes the possibility of a negative reaction of the body to the administered drug.
