Gingival regression

Gingival recession (omission) is a dental disease in the oral cavity, in which the height of the upper edge of the gum tissues below the enamel-cement border decreases, resulting in exposure of the tooth roots, which leads to aesthetic problems, as well as loosening of the teeth and, as a result, their loss over time.
