Medium caries

Medium dental caries is a progressive disease of the teeth, in which their inner layers (enamel and dentin) are destroyed, resulting in the formation of deep cavities – ideal places for the accumulation of food debris and microorganisms.

The process can proceed both painlessly (chronic variant) and be accompanied by severe toothaches (acute variant) that radiate to the temporal part of the head. It is a consequence of poor or insufficient oral hygiene, abuse of bad habits, as well as the negative impact of external factors.
