Dental abscess in children
Flux in children (or, in other words, periostitis) is a purulent lesion (inflammation) of the periosteum covering the bones of the upper or lower jaw. As a result, a convex area is formed on the baby’s gum, accompanied by acute pain, swelling of the cheek and fever. It is a direct consequence of a serious dental disease, often of an infectious nature. Requires prompt intervention to eliminate negative causes that can lead to even more detrimental consequences.
