Retainers after braces
A retainer is an orthodontic structure on the teeth, of a removable or non-removable nature, installed in the patient’s mouth, which does not move the teeth, but only prevents the ligaments from relaxing and returning to their previous position until the bone tissue around is stronger. It is usually used after treatment with braces to preserve the result. Such structures are fixed in the oral cavity with the help of special devices, providing an imperceptible, but effective effect on the teeth. Equally suitable for both children and adults.
