Children’s braces
A bracket system for children is a non-removable dental structure that orthodontists install for children on the outer side of the teeth in order to eliminate the defects of improperly sprouted or crooked teeth, as well as to correct malocclusion. By their design, they are no different from products installed by adults, equally effectively coping with a diagnosed problem. Correction by such a design is recommended for children aged 10-13 years, when most of the permanent dental units have sprouted to replace milk teeth. The need for treatment is dictated by possible aesthetic problems as they grow older, distortion of diction and chewing functions of the jaws.
