Biofilm on the teeth is a bacterial layer on the surface of the teeth, consisting of pathogens, their waste products, saliva enzymes and a concentrate of the breakdown of food particles. It can appear even with regular and high-quality hygiene in hard-to-clean places, but in such cases it is still less dangerous than in situations where it is completely ignored, becoming a source of various dental pathologies.
